4. Data Ownership & Management

4.1 Data Ownership

The Client is the sole owner of all data entered into the Software. The Company acts as a Data Processor for management and maintenance purposes only.

4.2 Support Access

Where the database is hosted on The Company’s server, The Client grants The Company access to the data strictly for providing technical support and maintenance services.

4.3 Backups

The Company shall perform automated daily backups at 6:00 AM. The Company shall not be liable for data loss occurring between backup cycles.

4.4 Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all technical and commercial information. No sensitive data shall be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement "Stealth Security" protocols, including Cloudflare Tunnels, to ensure your data remains invisible to direct external attacks. Our architecture is designed to prioritize absolute data sovereignty, minimizing exposure to third-party SaaS risks.

6. Your Rights
